Have questions concerning juices

Was wondering if anyone knows, are all the juices 100% PG except the 100% VG line?
Also, I am looking at the Premium 30ml bottle of Rum and Coke. I received this flavor in a Sampler Pack. I want to know if the juice will be the same as what was in the cartomizer.
Oh, and 1 more thing...lol...I ordered Red Cow in the past and I LOVE it, now all I am seeing is Red Energy. Is that the same. Please don't say "kinda". I want to know if it is the EXACT same. I have had the red bull flavors from other vendors, and we all know there can be variances in taste. I just wanna know if V4L changed theirs! (Hope that makes sense.)

Premium has some VG,WOW has more VG,and VG is well,VG.

I dont vape red cow so I cant help you there.

1) Most of our liquids are a blend of mostly PG with some VG added. Speculation that there is more VG in the Wow than the Coolcarts is probably accurate but it does vary by flavor.

2)The 30ml Liquid Rum and Coke is the same as the Rum and Coke found in the Cocktail Hour Sampler Pack.

3)Red Energy is the same flavor as the Red Cow. It was simply a change of name.
