Wanted: Large quantities of either; a)WOW Red Energy Nobacco juice (30 ml) at 4mg or b) Premium Red Energy Nobacco juice (30 ml) at 4mg.

I buy a lot of this at a time to avoid the bad times when V4L doesn’t have it in stock. Well I was running low about a month ago and started to check V4L website for the red energy juice. They didn’t have the 4mg then (a month ago) and they still don’t have the 4mg in either the WOW or Premium batch of Red Energy Juice. You would think between the Premium or the WOW version of Red Energy they would have at least some 4mg bottles - but I guess not.

I don’t understand the way in which V4L re-orders there stocks. I admit I am a bit frustrated. The juices have a shelf life of what, maybe 2 years. Why is it so hard to keep these juices stock? Could someone from V4L who knows the ordering process please explain when you re-order stocks. This isn’t the first time this has happen to me, it seems like it is always happening to me for the last 2 years. I am constantly waiting for items to be restocked.

I realize these juices come from overseas and items get delayed and held up by customs but why does V4L allow their stocks to get so low and then have to wait for so long before you get them re-stock? More so when these have a shelf life of something like 2 years.

I have watch sale after sale go by this past month and haven’t been able to order any juice since V4L has been out of stock of Red Energy 4mg, (the juice I want). I have been using other juices I don’t care for that much, this past month, hoping each day that I find Red Energy 4 mg has been re-stock at V4L.

From a business stand point, V4L has a costumer who wants to spend a lot of money on their product but can’t because the company won’t keep it stock. Should the costumer think about going to another company to spend their money? How can this company do a better job at keeping their products restock - resulting in a happier customer base and less reasons for customer to go elsewhere? Those would be the questions I would be asking and concerned with if I were working for V4L.

Help - need Red Energy Fix soon - please.

emb, I very much understand your frustration. What I can tell you is that the WOW Red Energy in 4mg has been shipped and it will not be long until it is back on the site. When it does come in I would more than happy to alert you immediately via email (my email is brandon@vapor4life.com) to ensure you have the latest news. Although we do not have Red Energy in 4mg in stock and there isn't a direct substitute for that flavor, I would suggest trying the Energy Bomb flavor. It is a black licorice and Red Energy mix, however, on my palette I get a strong Red Energy taste with little black licorice taste. Please feel free to email me any time with any other inquiries or feedback, I would be most appreciative to hear.

I'm not sure which one is your favorite, but it looks like every mg except 4 is available in the Premium juices. If you really want red energy now all you have to do is buy an 8mg bottle and a 0mg bottle, mix them half and half and you have 2 bottles of Premium Red Energy at 4mg.

Or you could buy a 12mg bottle and 2 bottles of 0mg, mix them 1:2 (I think  math is not my strong point) and you have 3 bottles of 4mg.

And there's a sale on going right now! http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ed-delivery-christmas-ends-dec-14-2012-a.html

Thank you very much BHam for taking the time to reply and offer ideas. Oddly enough I have already been using the Energy Bomb juice as it is the closest to the taste of Red Energy.

Part of my original post is to try and bring out an ongoing issue, problem that I keep hoping V4L will address and not try to keep offering band aide solutions to. The constant ongoing problem being: Keeping items stock before they are completely depleted resulting in customers waiting weeks if not months before an item is re-stock. As I mentioned before this has been a ongoing problem for the past 2 years I have been ordering from V4L so this isn’t some unique once in a great awhile problem but a constant ongoing problem.

As I mentioned before I don’t know what procedures V4L uses for restocking. Do they wait till the item is gone? Do they have a rule for how far an item goes before it is restock?

I work in biology research. A small part of my job is to ensure our research facility is stock with the items we need for our research. I have been doing this for 30+ years. My rule of thumb for restocking is to make sure there is always at least a 30 day supply of any given material we use. I can honestly say that in all those years using that rule we never have had a problem with waiting on restock material even when items are on back order.

I am not trying to tell V4L what to do but at the least I am hoping that this thread will do 2 things: 1) Get V4L to see and acknowledge they have a problem with items not being restock quickly enough 2) Get V4L to address this problem with solutions and not band aide solutions.

Again, I do honestly thank you and appreciate your time and willingness to help out but I really hope V4L see a problem and addresses it to make a more permanent solution to this ongoing problem.

Thank you HarmonyPB for your suggestion, I appreciate it and am thankful. The long term solution shouldn’t be a band aide solution such as diluting out various juices. It should be solving the main problem which is that V4L has a problem keeping their items stock properly. In other words V4L needs a change in policy for restocking to ensure that stocks aren’t left depleted for long periods of time. It is like telling a customer who really wants a 600maH battery to buy 2 300maH batteries since the 600maH battery is out of stock – a band aide solution that isn’t solving the main problem.

Getting V4L to see and acknowledge that they have a problem with keeping items restock is the main point of this thread along with getting V4L to make the proper changes to restocking so this won’t come up again.

No problem, I thought you just wanted juice in your strength. I don't work for V4L so I can't help with any of the rest of that.

Thank you BHam. There is no reason not to be polite. I really like V4L, I like their products, their customer service. That only reinforces why I bring up what I think is a real problem that is hurting the overall V4L experience. A problem that can (I believe) be easily resolved – once V4L is aware of it and has a willingness to find a solution. I thank you BHam for taking notice and alerting the management. I much appreciate it.
