Wanted: Large quantities of either; a)WOW Red Energy Nobacco juice (30 ml) at 4mg or b) Premium Red Energy Nobacco juice (30 ml) at 4mg.
I buy a lot of this at a time to avoid the bad times when V4L doesnt have it in stock. Well I was running low about a month ago and started to check V4L website for the red energy juice. They didnt have the 4mg then (a month ago) and they still dont have the 4mg in either the WOW or Premium batch of Red Energy Juice. You would think between the Premium or the WOW version of Red Energy they would have at least some 4mg bottles - but I guess not.
I dont understand the way in which V4L re-orders there stocks. I admit I am a bit frustrated. The juices have a shelf life of what, maybe 2 years. Why is it so hard to keep these juices stock? Could someone from V4L who knows the ordering process please explain when you re-order stocks. This isnt the first time this has happen to me, it seems like it is always happening to me for the last 2 years. I am constantly waiting for items to be restocked.
I realize these juices come from overseas and items get delayed and held up by customs but why does V4L allow their stocks to get so low and then have to wait for so long before you get them re-stock? More so when these have a shelf life of something like 2 years.
I have watch sale after sale go by this past month and havent been able to order any juice since V4L has been out of stock of Red Energy 4mg, (the juice I want). I have been using other juices I dont care for that much, this past month, hoping each day that I find Red Energy 4 mg has been re-stock at V4L.
From a business stand point, V4L has a costumer who wants to spend a lot of money on their product but cant because the company wont keep it stock. Should the costumer think about going to another company to spend their money? How can this company do a better job at keeping their products restock - resulting in a happier customer base and less reasons for customer to go elsewhere? Those would be the questions I would be asking and concerned with if I were working for V4L.
Help - need Red Energy Fix soon - please.
