I ordered a couple of their sample packs from their site and didn't notice that I needed to choose my nic level so it defaulted to 0mg nic. They noticed the 0mg order and emailed me right away to check to see if the order correct. Thank goodness they did because I vape at 24 mg. I was very impressed with their customer service. To my total surprise my order arrived two days later in the mail! And the juice that I received is out of this world! I think I finally found my go to vendor for all my juice needs.
