I think I saw it in a movie, but when I smoked used to say "Smoke 'Em if you got 'Em". In other words, if you don't have them, most likely you will vape instead. The more you vape, the less appeal analogs will have to you. So throw them out of finish the pack, carton or what ever and be done ! That's my advice. Ya gotta want it :)

I would suggest this.

Don't even try to quit smoking.. don't think about it at all.. smoke when you want.. and most of all.. don't worry over it.

But... and this is a huge but.

Increase your vaping.. explore flavors.. add vaping to your habits but don't try to replace a habit with vaping.

Let your body work it out.

worked for me.. I didn't even notice when I quit reaching for a smoke till the next day.

Isn't that the truth! You are most of the way there already, just stop smoking the damn things. It won't be easy, it will get uncomfortable for a bit, but nothing really good is easy. I promise you, quitting will be the best thing you ever have done for yourself and those you love.

dont pressure yourself, thats the worst and make sure you have a dependable rig and back up. I smoked for the first month or 2 then just slowly made the move. i figured every cigarette i didnt smoke was a victory even if i smoked 10 that day. you will eventually still have to make the decision in your mind you are over smoking and put in the effort to not smoke. I smoked for 20 yrs. from 13yrs to 33 yrs. its hard. vaping can most definitely be the best form of secession but your mind still has to be strong.. you got this . good luck and chsin vspe like crazy lol

So agree here. I just finished up what I had while vaping 3 flavors took me a month or so to totally quit. I am 3 months smoke free and loving it! Hang in there Buddy!

This!

I couldn't quit the first few days if I had a pack or was around someone who had some. I isolated for a few days & that made all the difference!

But... certain vaporizers are more satisfying and certain juices as well.

I bought a big bottle of camel menthol juice knowing it would be my fav.. well it isnt.. I can barely stand the stuff. .

Oh.. and I couldn't recommend the mvp2 with any more certainty... its amazing & at 40-50 bucks it really competes w vapes that cost several fold more. Keep it up buddy...

Im 14 days free of smoking. Wish you luck.

Will power. Do it! You can! So many others have, including myself. IT IS NOT NOT NOT NOT EASY! Vape vape and vape. It will get better. You already have your mind set or you would have made this post. You can do it. My only advice is, when you have the urge to smoke, grab your vaporizer and vape until you can't vape anymore. This too will pass. Good Luck!!!!!

I threw half a carton out.

Anyway, I started at 36mg because I feared having to go back. At that nic level I took 1-2 hits and was good for an hour. I am down to about 20mg. I just went with my urges and relized that it took a little long after the hit to let it get into my system. I just follow my urges. More nic, less hits. Less nic, more hits.

I wasn't concerned about vaping clouds back then.

One has to make the decision to quit smoking. Cutting down is not a decision, nor a commitment to quit. It's just a cop-out.

best regards, larry mac

I wasn't looking to quit smoking, it just happened. There was no will power involved at all. That last cigarette I had 2 years ago made me gag so badly I almost threw up.

I also had no intentions of quiting. Vaped to cut down on smoking. First week I went down from 2 packs a day to 4 smokes a day. Did that for a couple months then it went down to one smoke a day. Never planned it as it just happened. Did one smoke a day for a couple weeks and then one day it just donged on me that I never had a smoke for three days. Been smoke free for 4 months now. Have a pack in my truck ever since but don't wanta ruin my smoke free time I have now. Never plan on another smoke again. So don't feel bad or hard on yourself having the odd smoke. It will dong on you one day that vaping tastes much cleaner and refreshing. Good Luck!

But I was smoking with my Ego-C's. Have not had a smoke since I went to my MVP2. Think a good system made the difference.
