For those of you who know me on here, you know what I got. To those that don't know me I have an itaste vv with a kanger aerotank mini. Now here is my problem. No matter how much I open the airflow it is still giving me a hard time hitting it. This just started to act up on me. It used to never happen. At first I thought maybe it had to do with the coil I had in it. The Kanger duel coil has lasted me about a month. I went ahead and took it out and replaced it with a new one. But it is still giving me the same problem. I am not sure if there is a problem with the airflow adjustment valve or what. Since I am kinda lost on what I should do next I figured I'd ask you guys. Any tips on how to fix this?

An update. I managed to fix it and have had it happen once again since then. The cause I think was juice somehow getting in the airflow part that spins around. I ran some papertowl into the hold and adjusted it back and forth. It seems to fix it. I have also noticed since switching to a new coil now that this one is actually leaking some onto the battery. Not a lot though and I clean it off every day. With the other coil though it never leaked. Could just be something with this coil though. All my juices have the same amount of PG I think. All the ones I have are ones friend on here sent to me to help get me started. I wish I could afford to get more of a variety right now but hell I do got enough to get me by for months I think. lol

Well durn, you found it before I could become a star.
I'd suggest that you remove the atomizer and run hot water through the tank base. Force water through all of the airflow holes.
Blow out the excess water and you are good to go.

The afc bases have basically stopped the atomizer leaks that plagued the single coil tanks. But they have created a 'sump' for that leaking juice. The juice just collects and coagulates until it plugs up the afc.

make sure the heads are tightened all the way when you replace them and every time you fill the tank, because when you screw it off to fill it it will unscrew the head just a little. the juice will leak through there and into the bottom connector area where the airflow is controlled and from there leak to the battery. unscrew the tank, take out the head, and swab the entire inside of the base with some cotton swabs. make sure the top end of the pin that sticks up through there isnt any color but silver. then clean the threads where the head screws in and then head itself below the seal. when its all dry screw it all back together tight and it should be fine

I do rinse the entire thing except the coil with hot water every time I clean it. I clean it 2-3 times a week. But juice does tend to be a pain to clean off completely so I can see it having issues on the airflow. Like you guys suggested I did this time make sure it was tightened better. I will see if it helps. I love the kanger aerotank mini. This is the first time I have had any leaking with it. I am having to use a different tank then I was originally using though. I lost one of the rubber ring o's for the pyrex tank. Thankfully it came with a metal tank as well which doesn't require those to be used. From what I can read online the rubber os are to keep the pyrex tanks from shattering when screwed together.
