I could be wrong here, but that sounds like they're letting you know it's availible to be picked up at the post office.

Ok. i ran into that issue before. when it says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" that just means that the seller has sent the shipping request over digitally.. the only time you know for sure that USPS has it. is when it says something like this. "Shipment Accepted | January 09, 2013, 12:16 pm | FENTON, MO 63026" if you dont get that last little piece the post office never recieved it and it is lost at the manufacturer.

Sometimes the "tracking" for the package on the USPS website will show absolutely nothing between the electronic shipping notification and delivery. If the OP's tracking shows that the package has been picked up from the seller, they should contact their local post office to see if it is there. If not, ask them to chase the package down. The USPS has an internal mail tracking system that is different and more detailed than what we see on the USPS website.
