My mail will not deliver a package if there is snow on the ground...will not even pull into the drive way when I complained at the post office I was told they are not required to during the winter months if there is snow on the ground so much for the rain, sleet or snow motto

Nope no big hills completely flat paved driveway that gets plowed when it snows. I live in western PA so there is always snow in the winter they just don't deliver if their is snow just stop at the mail box at the end of the driveway.
