I started out with a BLU kit about six months ago. It was well advertised, and has a good following. I enjoyed the 25 Pack of carts they sent, and continued to order for awhile. Then, when I was short on cash, I started sucking the left over juice out of the carts with a dental syringe. Well needless to say this made me realize how much better off I'd be using juice. I ordered my first sampler of juice from Johnson Creek and was incredibly satisfied. I also found a local juice supplier, and started buying there.
I had some of the older atty's, the short ones that could barely pierce the tin foil on the carts, and never realized how bad of a hitting I was actually getting until they really started to wear thin. Then, I got a hold of one of the newer blu attys from a friend, and immediately ordered more. They worked much better, with a longer wick they seemed to get a much much better hit.
After six months of use my first battery died, and I had to order a new battery. This is when I first realized blu had switched to carto's. I can't stand carto's because I had recently been using a 510 carto and was far from satisfied with the function. I then realized I was in need of a new Mini-401 supplier. Thankfully, I had one in my back pocket already, and went over to Volcano. I got some great service from them, and along with my battery new battery, I got a new atty.
I had a problem initially with the auto-bat I got from Volcano, but I did some research and apparently they have a newer tech that stops them from kicking on constantly. Mine, was extremely tight, more so than it ever should have been and still is a little tight, but I worked at it awhile to loosen it up and finally it came. Alot more trouble than anybody new to vaping would want to go through in my opinion though.
At the end of this however, I came out a huge fan of the mini-401 because despite their small atty size and cart size they are superior in size. I just hope they figure out a way to get more battery power in those things. Any other diehard 401 fans?
