Having some trouble with my eVic

Hi there, i'm new to the forum but certainly not to the e-Cig. I tried to post in the technical issues part of the forum but couldn't figure out how to do so, but anyways, I am having a bit of trouble with my e-Vic. Last night it was working just fine, but this morning when I went for my first puff of the day it would not power on. I've read some things on how to reset the firmware, which I have done, and re-installed the software back onto the e-Vic.

It still won't turn on!

I know it's not fried, or the battery, because it charges just fine, but the moment I take it off the charger it won't turn on. I can't puff on it either when it's on the charger.

Can somebody please help me? I don't know where else to turn. I need my e-Vic or risk reverting back to analogs

I've never had any problems with my e-Vic till today, and it's been about 8 months since I purchased it.

It would really help a lot if someone could explain to me why it won't power on even though the battery is fine.

Try disconnecting the battery, and pressing the button 5-10 times. Then connect again. I read somewhere on the forums that this is how to "clear" the head unit or something.

After that, I'd try some of the factory reset/software reset steps. I wish I could help more.

The evic is a great device. Either try taking the head off the tube and hit the button 5 time like above to drain the head from power. The put head back on and startup.

Second thing could be your tank it not making good connection, try another tank. If tank check center pin is making good contact.

Joyetech has a 1 year warranty I believe.

Be sure the area around the central pin connection is perfectly dry.
