Having to buy something in order to receive a replacement

I have seen some discussion on this recently. I wanted to let you all know that this is NOT our policy. We simply use this as one of many tools in order to get you your replacement in a timely fashion. Since most of you order frequently, it is simply more convenient to handle replacements in this way. However, it is in NO WAY required. :)

I can vouch for this too - put in a ticket for a bad battery today and already received an email that they would be sending a replacement within 24 hrs. along with an RMA to send the defective one back. I wasn't even asked if I was going to place an order anytime soon! Great CS!

This is exactly the way it works, too! And the time you have to send the package back is more than generous, which is a good thing, as I have been snowed in here. I agree, the CS is the best!

In the short time I have been with v4life I had come across some bum batteries but use the customer service ticket system and have the new ones in my hands within 2 days. I am very impressed with the customer service and excited about the new items for 2011. The v4life batteries are soooo much better than the original company I started with I just can't believe it.

I have never had to order anything to get any replacement merchandise. As a matter of fact once when they were replacing some juice, I happened to be ordering the same day and I put in a comment to go ahead and put the juice with my new order. They had already sent out the new juice seperately. So personally i have never had to place and order to get anything replaced from V4L.
