I just got my first Woodvil. Absolutely love it, but I just tried it for the first time, everything works great while Vapeing it, but when I tried to remove the door to change the battery, it was hopelessly stuck. I had to wrap it in a towel and tap it out. Now it won't go on or off. It's like the wood swelled or something. Nothing was spilled on it, normal use, 1 ohm coil, but the door no longer fits. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyway to fix?

Keep in mind that when it left Reoville the door fit and functioned perfectly. Environmental conditions, temp/humidity, can change the properties of wood, swell/warp it so change the fit. I'd let it acclimate to your location a few days before doing any alterations on it as you may not have to do any at all. IE, one I bought from Hawaii last October came with the door seized up solid like the Woodie was a single piece of wood (door a different species of wood). In a day or two it was working flawlessly again with no alterations at all. Being in the less humid warmer desert made it happen faster probably, but by just letting it sit it returned to a perfect fit on its own.

That's great advice, I was thinking the same thing. Problem was, I only brought one other Reo with me. I'll be here a week and really needed two. So I just sanded enough off where it was still very snug, but I could get the door off and on. Hopefully when I return back to PA next week it will still fit okay when the wood returns to normal. I'm sure it's silly, but I've wanted a woodvil for sometime, and I really wanted to vape it on the condo balcony at night
