I ordered 2 juices from them on July 28, and it's now 7 days later and nothing has shipped. I've emailed them 3 times so far and there is no response from them at all. Is anyone else having issues with them? IMO customer service is lacking.

I've checked and its been past 6 days. No shipped confirmation as of yet. I've also emailed with absolutely no reponse from them. It seems like a customer service issue from what I seeCurrent info direct from the site:

Maybe you are just a bit apprehensive.
6 BUSINESS days...weekends are not business days...Today would be the 6th business day if U ordered after normal hours on 28 July...and shipping would be tomorrow Aug 7...

Yes they could answer your email. Heck maybe they are understaffed at the moment. i.e. someone off/vacation/out sick
Someone should be handling mixing/packaging/shipping............ you know filling orders, not sitting around answering - where is it emails.
People can't have weekends. Not in the days of microwave popcorn, instant Latte and 24 hour news on demand.

That said, many companies do not meet Demand and make a fortune year after year. Apple for instance. The impatient are weeded out and loyal customers get taken care of.

You can check your order under "My Account" on the website, and it will show you the correct status. Calling or emailing for updates on your order will only give you the same information that is available to you on the website.
