I've checked and its been past 6 days. No shipped confirmation as of yet. I've also emailed with absolutely no reponse from them. It seems like a customer service issue from what I see

Give the people a break.

Yes they could answer your email. Heck maybe they are understaffed at the moment. i.e. someone off/vacation/out sick
Someone should be handling mixing/packaging/shipping............ you know filling orders, not sitting around answering - where is it emails.

Someone should be handling mixing/packaging/shipping............ you know filling orders, not sitting around answering - where is it emails.

A lack of service is a lack of service and from what I read I'm not the only person with this issue. That's being said I will not order again from them.

That said, many companies do not meet Demand and make a fortune year after year. Apple for instance. The impatient are weeded out and loyal customers get taken care of.

Well that answers my order not being shipped. I'm happy I got an answer from you and not the vendor. Now do you see the spot clear disconnect?

I can definitely see your point of view. However, if I've given my money to someone.. I'd at least want a response! I have no issue waiting for a quality product but I like the assurance of knowing they haven't made off with my hard earned vaping cash.

Some sites won't let you buy products that aren't in stock, but some think that that's bad for business. Some will sell juice that's steeped, some will let you know that it needs to steep (for a week, or more!), because it was "made to order", fresh, for you.

I have no problem with my main supplier (Halo); they send me juice ready-to-vape, but the package does include a warning that it needs to sit at room temperature for 24 hours, if it was cold (winter time?). They're pricier than others, but they're solid. They don't sell what they don't have, and everything ships (on business days) within 24 hours.

Always check a site's policy. If not sure, ask.
