Having trouble with my TOX

My Vision TOX Cannon finally arrived in the mail two days ago and all I can say is I'm not at all impressed. The device seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it will fire and sometimes it won't. The hit count increases sporadically or not at all and the fire button has already "caved" in on me less than an hour after using it. I've submitted a helpdesk ticket to GotVapes and am awaiting a reply. This is really frustrating as I had high hopes for the TOX Cannon. GotVapes is a great supplier so hopefully they will come through for me. In the mean time I'll be vaping my EgO with a sad face.

hes been handled in pm's , and as i mentioned in the other thread, any issues will be handled, we are on top of it and new heads will be sent to anyone with a issue, the proper heads do the full 6v and have no issues, they made a big boo boo by making 3 chips, i thought it was 2 but its actually 3, thats being handled and we will make this as painless as possible, we love the tox and once the new heads arrive anyone with issues will love it too.

This would be bad if they wherent taking responsibility and fixing the issue, but they are, they are ware and doing what needs to be done to remedy this as fast as they can but making sure each head is checked.

well this shouldnt have happened, it hampers the awreness of the tox, its agreat unit, if the head works as it should thne it will perfrom as everyone epects under load so then there isnt much to gripe about, a few new features would be nice but im sure the future will bring that, and maybe a better charger as some say its a little cheapish but does the job, so ive asked for better chargers and for more features for future runs but as is we like it alot, i have a fully functioning one, had it tested, works as it should, so like i said we will stand behind it and get this solved so we can continue spreading the word about the tox.

Things happen. Especially with new technology. It's how it is handled thats important. Thank you for handling this issue in the manner that you have. I'm looking forward to the TOX.

On a side note, my condolences to you and your family.

First off sorry to hear about the family. Best wishes and remember the good times.

This is really awesome customer service. This will be my first mod since starting with V2 about three weeks ago. I'm really glad that I decided to purchase from GotVapes. My unit is on its way to me and hopefully it does not have any issues, but if it does I already feel comfortable that I'll be taken care of.

Thanks for the info and I look forward to future business.
