HC OEM E-Juice

I just received my first HC OEM bottle of e-juice (RY4) and I think it's great. I really like it.

I've usually used Dekang or Hangsen juices and trust their products as "safe" as they have various certificates for their manufactured products and what appears to be quite good quality control.

As HC e-juice is OEM is there any data to suggest it is safe to use? I.e. Any quality control or MSDS data available?

How can HC make me feel safe to use your OEM juices?

Thank you for your asking.

Glad to know that you are happy with our RY4.

I am sorry that we can not offer certificates for our manufacturered ejuice.

but we have good quality control on them and have sold them for a few years and got few complaints about its safety. :)

Btw, if a certificate can make you less worried, we will consider that. :)

I am not concerned that HC will purposely do anything to make the ejuice unsafe to use but without proper processes and controlled procedures in place (that have been certified) it becomes easier to make a mistake that could be harmful. The chemicals used, equipment used and processes should all comply with safety and quality control standards to ensure the highest quality product.

A certificate of compliance will put the customers mind at ease assuring them that what they are vaping is controlled and safe - as is the case with Dekang and Hangsen.

Yes I agree good call there.I'm sure it would increase sales too if this was available also consider the same for the 'flavor concentrates'
I just put a ticket in to ask if the concentrates contained Diacytyl etc.& received the following reply.(My question 1st)

"Can you confirm or not whether the concentrates for DIY juices contain 2,3-Pentanedione (Acetyl Propionyl) and Acetoin or Diacetyl? "

hello
we have got information from the manufacturer that no Ingredients listed above in the concentrates.

Any questions, please feel free to let us know. We are always here to offer help.
