I have a hcigar nemesis clone and my fiance was vaping it she set it down without locking it and it kept firing long story short i burnt the heck out of my fingers half thought i was picking a bomb up lol. anyways after everything cooled down i go to inspect it and try to remove the atty and no luck. after removing the coils i realize the post the screws into the top cap with the 510 on the nemesis is pushe down i remove the entire top cap with atty attatched and unscrew the pin to take a look. i can now spin the atty around and it still wont come out. Bottom line is I would just assume replace the top cap than mess with it anymore. Anyone know where I can buy one? I found the authentic ones but seeing as they cost half of what the hcigar mod costed me Id rather not.

yes I was able to get the ring off Now Im staring at just the top cap and the post that stuck i was able to back it most of the out but now its stuck cant loosen or tighten it. Ive messed around with quite a few mods but havent run into this one before. Then again how often do people set a bottom button down without locking it.

the tube was hot as hell and so was the atomizer Im wondering if it was firing long enough to melt something insulator etc. anyways I think being as it went through indefinite firing that I would just assume replace the top cap. Id rather not replace the mod cuz I love it, and was hoping to be able to fix it cheaper lol

Scroll down about half way down and you can find Nemesis Parts. They have top cap delrin insulators and you can pop yours out and replace it. It sounds like you probably melted the Delrin insulator and it caused the top screw to seize up and not be able to screw in or out. Your atty should be able to come off unless it got glued in there too due to delrin melting. That doesn't seem to be the case because you are able to freely spin the atty on it. make sure everything is dry and throw it in the freezer for a little bit and then try to unscrew it and disassemble the top cap. The freezer will cause the metal and Delrin to contract and it may help loosen up some of the parts. I am just thinking out loud so take it with a grain of salt.
