Hi all,
I am coming up to 2 months without an analogue cig and have recently started having some problems! About 2 or so weeks ago I started getting headaches through vaping - not particularly bad more of an annoyance really, around both temples towards top of head. I have generally stuck to the same e liquid which I found out was 70/30 pg/vg mix. I have only ever vaped at 6mg and dont chain vape unless I am having a few beers (maybe not 'chain' but vape more than usual!)
I am guessing it may be due to the PG content although not sure why it would happen now. I have used the e juice me up calc to mix in this 0mg flavour to bring it as close to 100%VG as the calc will let me. Still no good.
I use 100% VG nic at 50mg (nic vape) and have had this bottle for approx 5 weeks. Does this go off at all?
I am testing by vaping pure VG mixed with the nic liquid - strangely there is a very slight headache but not at all bad. I have tried vaping pure VG also which gave me the same result.
If I vape another liquid with PG in it then headache returns. Therefore I am guessing its down to the PG?:(:(
Up until this point I was really enjoying vaping, not thinking about analogues at all! Perhaps its time just to quit the whole thing completely?!
Oh and its definately not dehydration either!
Sorry if its confusing - does anyone have the same kind of symptoms / solutions?
Thanks

Dan

It's PG, I'm fairly sure. PG seems to be the ingredient that gives us a hard time more than VG. The issue I had with PG was that it dried my throat and mouth to the point where it became debilitating, like I couldn't sleep because it was so persistent.

I never had headaches though. I'm not sure about the other juice you were describing, the 50mg/nic juice? I would advise buying a little bottle of Mt. Baker Vapor juice thats 70% VG, 30% distilled water (or buy 100% VG and dilute it yourself, thats what I do), choose your nicotine level and see how that does for ya. I use almost exclusively Mt. Baker and it works very well for me. Another good one is Virgin Vapor, but that's a little expensive.

Good luck
