I have dabbled with e-cigarettes a few years ago and have only put cigarettes down entirely about two months ago. A lot had changed in that time and I went a little nuts buying ejuice (and equipment for that matter). I ended up with some juice I like, some i love (and don't love), and some that give me headaches and a little nausea. It's not brand specific or flavor profile specific (or even whether I do or don't like it), so i'm kind of at a loss as to why? Any thoughts for a very inexperienced user?

I'm kinda at a loss to explain your issue.

Typically, symptoms of headache and nausea are signs of too much nicotine within a short period of time. Are all of your e-liquids of the same nicotine strength? What strength are they?

What's puzzeling is that its not brand specific or flavor profile specific.

A possibility is that the e-liquids causing your symptoms is they are of a higher Pg ratio than the others. Some vapers are sensitive or even allergic to Pg (propylene glycol). Some manufacturers list the Pg/Vg ratio on their label, but many do not. You may need to research the flavors that you have to see what the Pg/Vg ratio's are. If a pattern becomes apparent that it is Pg causing the symptoms, you will need to vape only higher Vg (vegetable glycerin) or all-Vg e-liquids.

And how much nicotine is in the juice, as it sounds like those liquids giving you nausea and a headache have too much nicotine in them for the manner you're vaping.
Nicotine is a good first place to look.

However it could be an allergy to PG or flavors in the Juice.

Given the max VG and 80/20 you got, it's entirely possible 6 mg is too strong if you are using a subohm setup (which I'm guessing you are with such high VG products). For example, I have a Limitless tank, and have to use a 3 mg juice, as anything higher will make me feel a little nic "overdone".

That may be it. My ADV is 6 mg and never bothers me. But I vape it at low watts on an Aspire k4 with aspire atlantis 2. The others I vape around 50 -80 depending on the tank. So perhaps I'll try a 3 For those.

Here is whats happening. You are dehydrated. This is giving you headache and nausea. Drink more water when you vape. This should help i think. I get it too sometimes when im vaping a lot and not drinking water. Pop or beer or anything like that won't help much.

This!^ Its either because you don't drink enough or because you have too much nicotine.
Since vaping causes to suck moisture out of your lungs you really need to drink water. an average human drinks anywhere between 3 to 4 liters of liquid a day for good hydration.
When vaping it should be a little more :)

It also could be that you are just administrating too much nicotine into your body at once.
So you could indeed drop the 6mg to 3.

I started out with a eleaf basic and a 2ml tank with 0.75ohm coils. I smoked liquids with 18mg. Since it was new and the tastes of eliquids are rather good compared to analog cigs ... I vaped like an insane mad man.
I got nauseated , got headaches , dry mouth, dry/sore throat. Then I started to DIY.

I mixed my own liquids and made lower dosages of my liquids. I went from 18mg to 12 to 6 to 3. in matter of months ( November 2015 to June 2016)

I bought a new regulated boxmod in July (SMOK XCUBE II) with a Geekvape Griffin 6ml tank. At this moment I was still smoking 3mg liquids. Ialso started to vape with lesser resistant coil setup (0.22 ohm) creating a lot of vapor but also draining my tank very quickly.

And guess what... I got nauseated, headaches and all that stuff again. (too much nicotine in a short period) so I dropped to 1mg...

I have no problems now anymore.
