Got an MVP from HC a month ego but it got returned to them by China mail and something got mixed up and HC didn't notify me. On my query the've re-send the MVP immediately by EMS. No arguments, no delays they just send it. That's a great customer service in my book even tho they made a mistake which can sometimes happen and they fixed it ASAP.
