I purchased a Joye Stick from Health Cabin in Sept. From the beginning it did not work properly....poor vapor production when it actually would produced any. Trying several troubleshooting procedures to see if I could isolate the problem, it became obvious it has a defective switch. Since it comes with a 6 month warranty I contacted Health Cabin to find out how to get a replacement.
In less than 48 hours a replacement has been shipped and tracking number provided. Simply outstanding customer service.....a big thank you to Amy and a wish more companies operated that well. Some of the ejuice suppliers could take a lesson or two about how to treat a customer when things go wrong.
