I want to tell everyone how awesome Apollo E Cigarettes is.

I ordered a VV eGo passthrough in December 2012.
It is a great mod, delivering tremendous power from 3-6 V, and quickly became one of my go-to mods.

After daily use, it stopped working correctly as a VV.
It didn't die, but suddenly no longer allowed me to adjust the voltage this morning. The battery worked but only at a constant 3.89 V no matter what buttons were pushes.
While I normally use my mods around this voltage, it defeated the purpose of having a VV mod, so I contacted Apollo this morning.
Apollo has a lifetime warranty on their non consumable products.

I reached an Apollo customer service representative through their online chat with no problem.

Allison immediately looked into the concern, sent me an RMA via email and issued an RMA number over the chat line.

Apollo is sending me a replacement, no questions asked.

As many of you have experienced, most vendors do not offer this type of warranty nor do they always make the return/exchange process this straightforward.

I believe Apollo and Allison deserve high commendation and public recognition for their outstanding warranty, return and exchange policy and their stellar customer service.

I will definitely continue to order from them again.
