Health Cabin DC cartomizer XL

have anyone tried this health cabin dc XL cartomizer before? i just got them last night and tried it at 3.7v, drawing was a little harder from my regular boge 510 carto. and the vape produce from these dc cartos are very little. i'm vaping on 80pg/20vg 18mg, just wondering what are your thoughts? or how can i improve on them?

u need at least 4.2v to get a good vape on dcc bro...
