I have already replied to this e-mail yet i have receive no reply back

I had transferred extra 4.9 USD to your paypal account to upgrade to DHL shipping but i got no reply back and when i went to Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail to check my on my order's information , the shipping is still by China registered airmail and not DHL.

We are a forum of mostly electronic cigarette users. We aren't associated with vendors, though they do have their own forums. There's not much we can do about an order you placed with a vendor. If Health Cabin has a forum here, you will need 5 posts before you can post in their forum.

I don't understand what you want ECF members to do about an order you placed with a vendor in china? You will need to contact the vendor, this is a forum of E-cig users. Healthcabin may have a forum here, I don't know that. If they do, you will need to get to the 5 posts to post there. I suggest contacting the vendor through their website. Sorry, but I don't see where other E-cig users can help you with your order.....?
