Being a person that quite smoke for almost a year, and knowing right out the bat what a huge difference not smoking can have on all aspects of your life. How does the improvement of switching to a e-cig have on you?

Better sleep?
Better Breathing?
More stamina?
Not feeling so sleepy?

Does the nicotine from the E-cig seem to keep the "hunger" monkeys at bay?
IE - weight gain from switching from regular smokes to e-cig tend to be less.?

(Trying to think of things to talk about to get out of this newbie zone )

I quit for about six weeks a year or so ago. And of course, I got the munchies like a .......

So far using the ecig I haven't had nearly as much desire to stuff my face. I can tell there's still an increase in hunger, but a lot of it is being kept at bay for now.

I'm almost through my first week and I have yet to really want to pick up a cigarette. I did try to smoke one a couple nights ago, and I had to put it out after a few puffs... It just tasted odd.. Now I have nearly ten packs of camels laying in the freezer, and not much desire to smoke them.

My chest is now clear. I have mild asthma so my lungs used to get flegmed up pretty bad sometimes and I would cough up brown crap, no more of that now.

It was such a bizarre feeling smoking on the sofa next to my girlfriend and blowing the smoke in front of us wihtout her commenting at all. She used to make me go outside  I asked her if she could smell anything and she no.

I'M RIGHT NEXT TO HER !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumb:

My gf is very anti-smoking and tolerates my e-smoking as long as she doesn't have to know about it... so no smoking around her at all, even if I go outside. I showed her my e-cig when I first got it and she called me dork and slapped me on the shoulder... lol she can be so stubborn.

The first time I smoked a real cig, I showered, changed my clothes, went to work, and 8 hours later sat down next to her and she's like, "Why do you smell like a cigarette?" 8-o
