Followed up on the first order ever placed with Heather's Heavenly Vapes, since I haven't heard anything from them in days. The order was placed on Saturday. It's late Wednesday, and I'm told it hasn't even been mixed. It *might* be mixed tomorrow, and if that happens and it actually ships I'll get a couple of confirmation emails.

This had better be some seriously righteous juice when it arrives. Hopefully it'll arrive before I run out of my current stock. I heard good things about Heather's, so ordered there instead of the ever reliable ECBlend. I guess I'll put in an order with them as well, just to be sure I don't run out of juice. Had I known how lackadaisical Heather's is, I wouldn't have bothered at all. Funny, they sure took the money fast enough. :(

As I explained in our email conversation, we switched hosting providers over the weekend. The email link that was sent to you to check on the status was no longer a good link. To check on the status of your order, you would simply go to our website: Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids and login. From there you can check on your order status.

With regards to the processing time, during checkout, all customers are required to check the terms and condition box before moving on with the checkout process.

Here is a copy/paste directly from our website of this terms and conditions box:

Terms and Conditions
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed as each order is hand mixed to your custom specifications. Please acknowledge the terms and conditions bound to this order by ticking the following box. The terms and conditions can be read here.
I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions bound to this order.

As you can see, it states 2-5 business days for order processing. For an order placed on Saturday, you should expect your shipping notification email no later than Friday for a normal week. Monday was a national holiday, however, in an effort to get caught back up, we worked this day as well. As I stated in our email conversation, you order was scheduled to ship today.

The move to the new server was necessary and we chose the weekend as it is historically our slowest period of the week.
