:rickroll::rickroll::rickroll::rickroll:Hello fellow vapoures.I had placed an order with Heaven gifts on 2/9/2011 but have not received it till date:blink:.The good part is HG resolved the issue my giving me a 100% refund including shipping charges:laugh:.Now that's what i call a responsible seller.

Here's my conversation with HG........

the postal service and they dont have the slightest clue about where my

I've never had a problem with Heavens Gifts in the year and half dealing with them. But as with any company that does that much business, sometimes there's a glitch and this time you were the lucky one. I also deal a lot with BestEcig, just once my order took the slow boat from China and took almost a month to get it. Overall I've had fast shipping from both China and the US, usually have my order in less than a week. Only thing is those are the only two dealers I've dealt with from China, I also deal with Quality China Goods for flashlights and batteries.

I've also experienced nothing but good from heavens gifts. I've always gotten my order, although sometimes it does take 20 days, but that's to be expected.
That was really nice of them to refund you so quickly.............now only if some slum american vendors would only follow their lead & get a clue about how far customer service goes in keeping a customer.

Another thing, anytime you deal with a Chinese vendor always select the EMS shipping, for some reason it's a lot faster than airmail. EMS from what I understand is China's version of UPS or FedEx, but it works well consistently. As a matter of fact I just remembered that the order that took so long to arrive I had selected AirMail instead of EMS.

I'm not understanding this thread at all. You ordered something and didn't get it and they gave you a refund. Isn't that what's supposed to happen?

It wasn't Heaven Gifts problem but a mail problem. They are out the product and the money but they made it good for the customer. I doubt few US suppliers would do the same due to a mail problem.

Did you use the regular air mail or the expedited option? I want to try there e-juice but don't want to pay $20 for faster shipping. If air mail comes in six day I'll place an order today.
Hi there.I had placed 2 orders with HG one via slow boat(china airmail) & the other via EMS.Slow boat hasnt arrived till date & the other one arrived in 6 days:p.But still if you can risk lost parcels/late deliveries, you can opt for slow boat for low cost items.

i am glad all resolved amicably..HG,i trust getting my package over to me..even it took 2 weeks from placing my order to getting it..i am not far from China..still i prepared the time period needed to get my next supply from them..so far i had not a single problem with any China suppliers,touch wood..regards mafig ps i just recd my latest package this morning from another supplier from China..took 10 days only

@ Swedishfish Dude but the 100% refund including shipping thing rarely happens.

I'm not a dude, but OK. That's why I asked for clarification. I've never ordered pv supplies from China, but I have made other purchases from China and never had a problem. Sometimes shipping was slow (not their problem, just a logistical problem) but never had a bad experience.

I don't know how rare it is to refund shipping. I sell online and I do (refund shipping). It's the price of doing business. I don't think I've ever not gotten something I've ordered and had to pay shipping.

But I'm glad you had a good experience.

Heaven Gifts in my experience have good prices and fast shipping. I get my KR808 batteries from them and a couple of other things. I've tried their juices and I'm not a big fan, but it's very cheap, about $7 for 30ml. They only offer 100% pg or 100% vg, so if you want a mix you need to order 2 bottles of the same flavour. Good supplier.
