I started vaping a few months ago and never really had too many issues. I was originally vaping 50/50 and 60/40 PG/VG blends. I recently got some max VG and I've got a sub ohm build. I've been getting a heavy lung feeling and seems like e liquid is sticking to the back of my throat causing me to clear my throat constantly. I never had the issue with the 50/50 and 60/40. Is that a pretty common side affect of max VG or is it just me?

Hmm. I use max VG juice from MBV and 100% organic VG from Virgin Vapor and I haven't had any issues like that. PG made my throat hurt like hell but I'm sensitive to it, which is why I only use 100% VG in the first place (moot point I know, since you didn't ask about PG). Sorry, wish I could give you a better answer on your problem but VG works great for me personally.

I have seen people say that about high VG juices. More than once. I used to do 100% VG but never had the problem. Still, that would be my prime suspect. :)

Any more than 60% VG does the same thing to me...in fact over 50% and I notice it within the first few pulls-- but it really doesn't bother me until I get to 60% VG

Typically I vape either 50/50 or 60/40

BTW..the best way to find out what works best for you is to do some DIY. I've tested a bunch of different ratios and Nic contents to find out what works well for me.

Only you can determine what will satisfy your needs!
