Regarding wattage, im afraid i cant help you with that. Its personal preference. For my hellboy build, i did a parallel coil build and vape above 50w. The clouds are just great sceneries in my room
The cotton should last long enough until you start changing your coils lah

depends on your coil setup. the advice is to slowly increases your wattage until u find your sweet spot.
