i am going to buy one but....
the stick looks like it has the same button as my ol j/s so i kinda put it third on the list. (i like the old J/s, except for the button)

i like the spark plug but i am not sure about the button being on the bottom.
It looks like holding and pressing the button at the same time with one hand would be kinda weard.

the 016 looks nice but...can i use any 510 atty with it? or do i have to use the special one that comes with it?
Also, can i replace the battery in the housing? or do i have to buy another complete battery with the switch and everthing?
(for what its worth, i am a dripper :) )

I thought the same thing abut the sp2....BUT...the button on the bottom becomes second nature after awhile. The nice thing about it is there are no electronics involved, no soldier, nothing to wear out. I've been using the sp2 and the Thermo exclusively for almost 5 months with no complaints and am using only 510 atomizers. (I've been using the same Joye 510 on my Thermo for over 3 months) also, with the bridge removed and with drip tips. I've tried cartos with them too as well as 801's and 901's and all perform very well, but I too prefer the 510s. I've been using the regular Joye 510's only because I've only had a total of 8 that I bought with my original 4 kits and 3 of them are still in the original box (because I haven't burned out but 3!!!) :D

I alternate between the sp2 and thermo because I like both 3.7 and 6V and can FOG on one while the other is cooling down.

I can't wait until Shawn gets in some Deuce juice though (rationing the last bottle along with about 5 other flavors)

I also am an exclusive SparkPlug & Thermo user now. They are fool proof and by far the best devices I have ever used. I have a ton of addapters so I can use any atty I want. I highly recomend them.

Fogged, I have a 15 ml bottle of Duece 16 strength (missing 5 drops) still for trade if you are interested. It's just not to my liking. I'd straight across trade a 10 ml bottle of red cow or menthol for it. Just lemme know. :)

Sorry it took so long, I haven't checked back for a couple days. Thanks for the offer for the Deuce, but I only use 36mg I think you got your sp2 and thermo about the same time I got mine. I really enjoyed your review back then. Very impressive.

As far as the Be112s, they do perform better than the DSE. I just haven't had much luck with 801's or 901's. The 801s seem to be very hard to draw from and the 901s just don't seem to produce the vapor like the 510s, IMO.

short up date. i like the sp. i do not like the tail switch/button. the good news is a friend of mine said he could make a side switch to replace the tail switch. It would be a little longer but should work the same. I may look into it later. the machine work would cost quite a bit for the first unit. Most likley not worth the effort but there may be a marketing value for it.
Over all, 9 out of 10 for the sp :)
also thanks for the fast shipping and great service :)
edit to add: now i have to wait for the be112 to come in stock.

I'm a KR808D1 carto user. I've been using standard (other companies) XL- extra long batteries, which are 380 mah. I decided I wanted to be able to just carry and use only one battery per day. I vape through 4 cartos (or more) per day and usually carry up to 4 short batteries or 2 XL's.

I bought the SP2 because it looked nice and reliable with mechanical switch. But I found trying to press the button on the bottom takes some getting used to, especially trying to do so, and not looking like you've gotta a really bad hand cramp. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to see if the battery would last me all day as the aluminum top threads crossthreaded and stripped from the adapter I was using with it (first day I got it). The contact plunger with the top cap and adapter doesn't fit well with it's standard 801 threads. Aluminum threads = not so sturdy. The finish is ok, nothing really impressive. Though it is lightweight. It' is nice and short, but it's just one little CR123a battery...

I also ordered 2 Hello 016 batteries at the same time...and I LOVE them! These Hello 016 batteries are awesome...they are virtually 17500 batteries at 1300mahs. Slighty longer then the SP2, but also thinner than the SP2. The charger charges them fast (like 2 hours at). Just one lasts more than a full day of vaping. The battery is a good small size that fits in the palm of my hand. The black coating looks and feels great. The button works very well with a nice easy but sure touch/click. And at the price with free shipping from LiteCig...DAMN! Thank you so much LiteCig! I love the Hello 016! I don't think the SP2 can hold a match to these Hello 016. I know they are 2 different animals, but anyone can use one of these and right off the bat and be very happy.

Ok Shawn, the 016 came today and so far I've clocked a total of 20 minutes accumulated. I gotta say I'm happy at this point. A powerful 3.7 volts in a relatively small package and no diminishing of the vapor...just my ticket. It remains to be seen how long this lasts before it needs some ......, but if it holds up I'll be wanting a spare battery. Great price if it works for the long haul. I just wish it had a cooler sounding name .

I've been using Hello's for a few months now and other than losing one and the button switch on one going bad they have been great. I was intrigued by the high voltage mods and had to try them and bought an indulgence to try because of its versatility and found out that 6 volts was to much for me so I ordered a Buzz for the variable voltage and haven't received the right batteries for it yet so I don't know if it is better than the hello or not. The charge on the 016 outlasts them both except for the 18650 3000 mah batt used with the extended indulgence but the unit is huge to take out and about. The 016 feels like a 510 after using these mods. I think I will be using my mods at home but will be ordering more 016 batteries for going out being as they are easily charged and last a full day.

Well, after almost a week I gotta say this thing is all I'd hoped it'd be. It gives a consistent hit every time and I don't have to fiddle with battery swaps at all. Sometimes the switch needs an extra hard push to make contact, but that's only happened a couple times. Maybe it's just me. I really like the feel and click of the switch....don't know why, I just do. I'll be recommending this to others. Funny, there doesn't seem to be much info out there on these. I guess they're a well kept secret. At Shawn's price he shouldn't be able to keep 'em in stock.............
