Hey Hoog,

I'm not wishing to blame you, so please don't take it that way. I'm just curious to when you might be expecting the re-ship of the Hello products? I've been waiting to see them listed as I want to stock up on some batteries and atty's.

The vendors I've talked to say they are not carrying the Hellos until they stop sucking. Apparently they are crap. Go with something else.

I already have 2 hello batteries and they certainly DON"T suck. That is why I want a few more in reserve.

i've burnt through 2 batteries in a month. unless the older models were better, the most recent shipments do suck.

Is there any word on this from Hoogie about the quality of the Hellos? If they aren't going to be available, that is all I want to know. Hoogie, what do you know about this?

Maybe I'll have to go to an Ego or something else.

I would... I lost two Hello 016's myself, three months for one and one month for the other.

had a hello and loved it, lasted about 1-2 months,,, then suddenly died,,,, probably due to using a LR atty with it, found out you are not supposed to use them with this batt 2 days after it died, got a rough stack and a maxi-rough stack both are great, the maxi is definatly the better of the 2. there is a thread started by Hoogie about the use of LR attys and which batts are ok and which are not. just my 2 cents but it is all part of the PV learning curve

I bought my full kit in May of last year. Still going... Bought a second battery in October, and it too is still going. I've only used the 016 atty, a regular dse 510 atty or dse 901 with adaptor. I know the difference between the batteries, because I put a small scratch into the older one when I got the new one.

If the quality has really dropped, not just the use of the wrong style of atty, I'll look into a different device. But I really would like to know from a supplier first hand as to what the actual issues are. If any.

I'd like to know also. I bought mine in May/June last year and have had no problems with the 2 batteries I have.

Doesn't look like we are going to get an answer Kevin. Been loving Hoog and Madvapes for a while. Now...not so much.
