You're off to a great start. Thats a typical and versatile setup that is widely used with lots of options out there. That CE4 clearomizer will not be great and will likely be the first thing you replace. Lots of off the shelf options are out there from bottom feeding Kanger Prototanks to top feed rebuildables. I highly recommend the latter. I really like the Kanger Sunfire. The rebuildable part makes it much easier to clean out if you like to change juices often. Second you may move up to variable voltage (VV) batteries, and you'll probably just keep the ego form factor as well. If you get into DIY juices, then you'll save even more money and can buy the high dollar hardware, but I have yet to understand why some people spend $100's for a battery.

Hello all, New member here and so far its great! I just bought myself a eGO-T Kit from amazon for 18$. Im curious of If i do want to upgrade it in any way where should I start and what would be a good recommendation for me? Thank you all!

I wouldn't start looking at upgrades yet. Wait until you get it and give it a try. If it works for you, then there is no reason to upgrade.

If it doesn't meet your expectations, then start reading through the forums to see what others have to say, you will probably find a LOT of helpful information. Just remember that what works for others may not work for you.

I am still a newb to vaping<sorta>-- But I suggest having two Ego batteries. I have three but two is essential if you want to avoid not being able to vape constantly--When a battery dies I just grab a fully charged one and charge the dead one--I also like having a lot of tanks so I can switch juices whenever--Having more tanks eliminates the need to vape a tank of juice before you can get to another juice you want to vape-- the eVod tanks are good choices for around $6 I have the Pro tank 2 and pro tank mini and prefer the Evod tanks

Ego's are a perdy cool first setup. The wife is running the twist with a Kanger protank mini and it really works well. I like more bells, whistles, and chrome so I went with a vv/vw mod and a carto tank. I would suggest going to the vapor store and trying out a few floor models before jumping into something different and dropping $$ on something you might not like. I tried the Kanger protank 2 on a KTS telescopic mod and loved it...till I tried a vv/vw mod and a carto tank. Really no matter what ya choose its all personal preference. But I would suggest vv/vw with either a single 18650, or stacked 18350s, a carto tank with a Pyrex tank and some kind of protective covering like the Smoktech DCT v2 I'm running, some spare batteries n drip tips and some juice. I've been using this stuff my local shop makes called 'Tombstone'...tastes and smells almost identical to a black and mild wine flavored cigar. And with my Vamo v3 mod and above tank setup I've been fogging out the living room lol!

Welcome!
I agree with the other posts. You may be fine with the eGo batt for a while, I've been content with my two for a few months now. It's always tempting to upgrade when reading about the awesome steam machines everyone has here, but I have just been spending $ on DIY juice and clearos and saving up for the day I actually do want to upgrade. As with most things, there's always something better right around the corner so as long as you enjoy the eGo don't worry about upgrading just yet but having more than one is definitely essential to avoid a dead battery at the least convenient time lol. Read, read, read what everyone has to say around here about awesome juice and PV's, then read some more. Eventually you'll be confident with an upgrade decision and hopefully we'll all get to ogle and drool over your post and pic.
Unless of course you have lots of cash to blow on vaping (I soooooo wish I did), and if that's the case, go crazy my friend lol! :)
