Monday the 7th of june will mark 3wks off analogs after 24 years!
I began with the KR808D-1 and am having pretty good results, so no problems. My question is after a while, did anyone get a different E-cig from their first and wish they had sone it first or sooner? I only ask because I don't want to miss anything that may be more satisfying.
(Looks kinda weird when I type it..)

We had three different styles until we found the eGo.
We began with the SmokeStik RN4081, then went to the M401 style, and then the Joye 510. All good in their own right. Found the eGo a month ago. Our search is now over.
I smoked over 40 years and my wife smoked for over 30 years. We actually were able to stop smoking completely on our first day with the RN4081.
Good luck papa_cadillac.

Not to contradict Brad, He's right about not switching if you're satisfied, but experimenting with different models can be fun. I'm making mods now so to try a different model all I have to do is make one with a different connecter and order the atty or carto. If you want to try some different attys you could look for adapters. They usually run around $5.00 a piece. They're available for a lot of different combinations. I just have 901 and 510 mods but I bought a 901/kr808 adapter so I could compare 510 cartos to the kr808 cartos. So hey, have fun with it if you want. That's what I say

I started with an ego. I thought it was a little to much for me. Only been vaping for a few days. Did some more research and bought a 808 kit. Glad I did. Much easier to use and I get what I want out of it. I suppose as time goes by I will want to use the ego more but Im very happy with the 808. I like the feel better. to me it feels more like a analog. But yesterday tried going about 7 hours with out an analog. Wasnt quite ready yet. Went to the store and bought a pack. But I am smoking less. just still need that fix right now. Hopefully I will be off them soon.

I think the only downside of the KR808D-1 is the constant shuffling of the batteries. I like the sound of a longer lasting battery and a really good throat hit. The KR does ok, but sometimes I'll vape on it til the light blinks or even longer on the manual battery and still not get the punch in the chest I want. Still haven't the desire to go back to analogs, which is the point, I guess.
