Hello to all,

I'm new to this forum and decided to introduce myself.
I quit smoking analogs three years ago thanks to the electronic cigarette.
The first model I got was an M401 and even with its small vapor production and short battery life, it got me through the first year or so after quitting.
From there I moved to the eGo. First the regular small battery kit and then I got the longer batteries. I was very satisfied with the increased vapor and battery life.
After some research online I finally decided to get serious and got my first ProVari today. I can't begin to express how happy this device makes me, I will never go back now.
Living in Mexico, it is quite complicated sometimes to get stuff delivered to me but every effort has been worthwhile in this transition from smoking to vaping.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello to all!

Thanks for the reply and nice welcome.
I certainly hope no one bans e-cigs since they have saved and will continue to save many lives I'm sure. I try to promote them here by telling everyone who smokes how fantastic they are. I also hope the FDA doesn't ban them because I get all my supplies from the US!
I am using my ProVari right now and loving it!
I'm glad I decided to join the ECF since I have much to learn and its full of great people who I'm sure will help me with my continuous e-cig education.

Hola, welcome aboard. Sorry my Spanish is pretty bad cause I don't get to use it. Like seeing folks here from all over the planet. People are the same all over this hunk of rock no matter where they call home.

Three years, good going!

A bunch of friendly folks here so pull up a chair and make yourself at home. Figure it would harder trying to get things from Mexico to the US than the other way around after reading about the cartel problems down south :(.

Wow, thanks so much you guys for your warm welcome!
Vapoor eyes I know what you mean, I've lived in Toronto before and I'm very thankful for the sun shining down here. You do live in an amazing country, I love Canada.
Running Wolf, actually I haven't tried to send anything over there but I assume it would be as difficult. Customs are complicated everywhere I guess.
Thanks so much Dieseler, the thing is that even if the vendor does actually ship to Mexico, the items are usually held by customs since there is a strict policy for not letting e-cigs in. You would have to be very lucky, especially with liquid.

Welcome to ECF, Blue Stream - from a norteño here in Gulf country. I buy everything online and have it sent to a mailbox in McAllen, TX and then collect every other month or so.

Why? SEPOMEX/Correos de Mexico and Aduana between them conspire to either steal everything or royally mess up the delivery so I don't bother having ANYTHING shipped to my door.

There's a guy in Monterrey - TVX45 is is forum name on Spanish language vaping fora - that sells within Mexico...prices are a little on the high side though.

Thank you James, even if it's not as cold down here, it still feels good to get a warm welcome from all the posters on this forum.
Well Eddie I have has several bad experiences with shipping to my door in the past so now I have a friend in the US who receives some of my stuff and I collect it too every once in a while. I agree, the Mexican authorities give us a really hard time but there are always other ways. I will try to get in touch with the guy you say, thanks.
