Hello ecf! San Diego here born and raised, not leaving anytime soon. Been a smoker for the last 18 years and am trying my hardest to quit. Picked up 2 ego twists w/mt3's a few months back and loved them till I was introduced to mods. Now all I use is my smok magneto w/rsst all day every day.

My will power is in the gutter and I still have a couple analogs each day but I'm really really trying not to.

I hope to find a friendly community here with all the support I need to give them up completely As well as gain knowledge in the world of mods. Thanks for having me here.

This is definately a friendly community with info on most every topic.
As to the few cigs a day don't beat yourself too much. You've made it this far congratulations. Give it time and it will happen.

Welcome to the forum! Glad to hear that you are on the road to kicking those ciggies all the way to the curb! The magneto and rsst are great devices! You can always try upping your nic level a little bit to nip those cravings in the bud. Good luck! You CAN do it!

Thanks guys, I have been a little hard on myself since I keep reading or hearing about people quitting completely as soon as they pick up a e-cig, but I am happy in the fact that I went from a pack a day to maybe 5 cigs at the most. And it's always at work... At home I don't smoke at all ( but vape heavily ) and even if I take a couple days or a week off of work I won't smoke. But as soon as I step on company property I'm smoking again. I'll just keep on keep'n on and hopefully have the analogs kicked here soon.

Casper sound like work stress maybe the problem you might want to look into some exercises for relieving stress and those last few cigs will go bye-bye.

Hello and Welcome Matt! Yeah it sounds like work is a bit stressful. That's some good advice about upping your nic level. Maybe just during work hours if your ok with it otherwise. It's a thought. Sounds like you're doing ok as you are. Sometimes it takes people their own pace and time to kick cigs to the curb. We're here for ya! Happy Vaping!

San diego here too. At work I use a higher mg than at home. I only vape at work during tge regular breaks. So by using a higher nic I get the satisfaction of the nic. Goodluck
