This is my 6th day without analogs.

I have found vaping to be enjoyable and has helped me with my craving for my disgusting habit. I have tried lots of flavors and strengths and doing 24mg helps me out the most. My favorite flavor by far is gorilla juice. My wife (who doesn't smoke) has also been vaping on 0mg toffee.

I picked up snus to curb my after food cravings but they have been going down to the point that I don't always have to use them. Sometimes I feel the need to go buy a pack or a can of chew but I have half a can sitting on the TV Stand and one lonely analog in a plastic tube to remind me that I don't need them any more.

I have just a plain setup and want to get a vv/vw like the itaste vtr to continue on. Anyone have info to help me on my journey. Thanks for reading and have a great day.

on the first week of a happy, healthier and tastier alternative. I just love vaping and it is the only thing that has ever helped me. I look forward to reading about your continued success. Lots of information here for you and sometimes it can be overwhelming. Just remember there is always someone here that can help you. Happy vaping and have fun.

The VTR is a real solid mod, mine has taken a beating and still works. Only 2 drawbacks to it. It can only fit 19mm tanks inside the ring (not a problem for me) and some people have an issue with the clasp/spring on the battery door breaking.

I havent had the battery door problem, and i have dropped mine off my roof twice, a +16 foot drop on to asphalt, and it still worked just fine.

As to the 19mm tank issue, it does come with an extender to put the 510 connector above the ring, but it looks sort of silly then.

Welcome Firefighter (and thank you for doing what you do!)

Congrats on six days smoke free. Soon, it will be six weeks, and then six months, and you get the idea :)

My S.O. never smoked, and she will vape 0mg juices occasionally with me. I'm probably in the 6-10mg ballpark these days, but any more, and I get "nic sick".

Don't have the VTR, but I do have the MVP. Lots of people are touting the iStick (which would be about 1/2 the width of the MVP or VTR.) Regardless of what you get, it is good to have a backup for your primary device. (I have a number of primary devices, and each of them has a backup :D)

Don't hesitate to ask questions. Lots of folk here willing to lend a hand (and help you spend your money!)

Vape on! :vapor:

This is my 9th day! Started with a tube mod, eLeaf iJust variable wattage. It's a little heavy but works great to get me off analogs. Just got an eLeaf iStick this morning. Very light and small but has a perfect throat hit for me. It has variable voltage and wattage so very adjustable for a perfect vape. And not expensive either.

Congratulations on getting off the cigarettes. And good luck going forward. I smoked for 50 years! You can do it!

Day 7

So I broke down and had one analog today tasted like s***. Kinda feeling better in the long run. I want to be to the point I can walk up flights of stairs and not get winded. Back in September I participated in a 9/11 memorial stair climb in Kansas City and was embarrassed that after the like 10th flight of a total of 110 flights to climb I had to sit out for a few due to my smoking and being so out of breath. I gotta train harder this year so that next year I make it all the way without having to sit out.

I have many plans on what to do with the money I will have saved by not smoking and chewing.

Thank you for all your comments and support and I keep you updated on my progress.
