I have been a vaper since Mid Dec. And a lurker for about that long also. But think its time and just wanted to say thank you for all the people that have contributed to this site and helping out the newbies like myself and many others with your insight and warnings of many places.

I started out with the 801 and recently ordered The Leo for the battery life and honestly it just looks more manly :) I am simply amazed at the money savings I have had over 3 weeks time.

I do have a question though. I use cartridges and fill them with juice. I find that after a 3-4 good vapes after I fill the cart I have draw a bit harder and I get less vape. Is this normal? To me that is the only downside I find right now. And frankly it might be something I am doing wrong. Not putting that out of the equation at all. I know there is trial and error involved so any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have the same model as you, but was having the exact same problem with cartridges. It was driving me mental, and having to fiddle with juice all day, my kitchen counter looked like a crack lab. I went to dripping, and though I liked it better, its still a drippy mess having to have liquid on hand all the time.

I'm not sure if they make them for your model, but I just tried cartomizers this week, and holy jeeze, what a difference. Definately worth it, they hold so much more juice and last way longer. I have cartomizers that use the "condom method" to refill, you fill the rubber end cap half way with juice, then squeeze it back on the end of the cartomizer, and it gets forced up into it. Clean, neat, tidy, and filled!

Might want to check out if there are cartomizers for your model.

You know Tiari, I've said the same thing about my set up. It just dawned on me that I don't have the slitest clue as to what a crack lab looks like. How can I make a statement like that if I don't know what one looks like? Glad to see you here Orion, There is a lot to learn here, so have fun:2cool::vapor:.

I might do that. Doing some searching I found a cartomizer for the 801 for only 2.49. I will order it and let you know. Thanks for the input!

Orion. See my post in the other thread. I'm getting ready to log off and start running around, and you don't have PM yet. If you are in Louisville, I can meet you with some juice.

On the other hand it is way, way, way past my bed time. See you tomorrow probably when most of you are asleep.

Global time zones and all that kinda c**p.

Cheers and goodnight!!!

If you're still using cartridges (and haven't upgraded to cartomizers yet), shake your PV like a thermometer to push the juice down into the atomizer. Liquid doesn't always wick very well into the atomizer, so thermometer shakes will help.
