Hello everyone! This is my first post here but been reading for a while. I have been smoke free for over 6 months. I started off with an evod starter set and for my 6th months free of cigs i purchased a Stillare and Stingray as a gift to myself! I am enjoying vaping and will probably never go back to cigs.

I enjoy them both. I just need to find a coil build that has lots of flavor and is not such a hot vape. I cannot vape anything higher than 3mg in it without dying! I have tried a "super nano coil" at .8 ohms and a micro coil at 1ohm and too hot for my liking. Any suggestions maybe higher ohms? Or differnt coil type for cooler vape and lots of flavor?

The stingray and the stillare are made by hcigar. The only issue i have had is that the screws that came for the posts are extremely poor quality so i replaced them. The other issue is my Efest 18500 battery seems too long and there is a gap in the mod with that size battery in there (my fault I think a flat top instead of button top would fit fine) Because my Efest 18650 fits perfectly and it is flat top.

Congrats and welcome on ECF Personally it would be quite hard to go back to smoking, don't think I'll ever go back even if I run out of battery

higher ohms or less voltage/wattage will give you a less hot vape for sure

Try a standard micro coil with 9 wraps 28g (single coil) great flavor, no dry hits and warm vape. It's my every day build wit organic cotton. I use it in my mech, vv mod and with all sorts of blends of juices and it just performs like a champ.

Appreciate it! I will try the micro 28g build Despraci! Thanks. I smoked for almost 10 years and It wasn't that hard to quit at all to be honest. I started on some 12mg juice on my evod and worked my way down and once i began tasting things better and smelling I could never go back to cigs. I am now on mostly just 0mg and have some 3mg juices and my 6mg juices just sit on my shelf collecting dust especially after getting an rda anything with nicotine kills me!
