Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I'm 124 days into vaping. Had my last cigarette as I walked into my first vape shop. I have been madly in love with vaping since I began, and have devoted more time to learning about vaping and spreading the knowledge I've accumulated than pretty much anything else (for better or for worse). I derive great pleasure from assisting new vapers, and when not doing so, I enjoy observing the vape industry as it evolves and the technology improves. I envision a future in which combustion tobacco use is eradicated, and I believe that vaping will play a major role to that end.
I have been (hyper-)active on /r/ecr for a few months now (my body of work in that realm is linked as my homepage in my profile for anyone interested), and I am looking forward to branching out and becoming more active in this community as well, as I've found countless useful and insightful posts here and have found ecf to be an invaluable resource in my vape journey.
I primarily attempt to assist others in becoming informed about the hardware and techniques with which I have experience. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to vaping (this is a dig at the old "istick+nautilus mini" trend on /r/ecr for those familiar), and instead prefer to discuss features and priorities based on individual wants/needs and community feedback about specific devices. I have no particular brand loyalty, and I am not currently affiliated with any industry associated or related to vaping.
