hello forum members i have just had my first mod and i got a xtar mp1s charger and i bought 800mah 18350 li-mn batterys and i was wondering will that charger be ok or will they blow up, i asked the seller about the batts and he said it will be ok but im still abit sketchy thanks in advance

Those batts with that charger should be fine but never leave charging batteries unattended.

Yeah if can be bothered to stare at them for 2 hours without blinking Treat them like a candle, don't put them near flammable stuff. Stick them in a plant pot (not the plastic ones) or some kind of metal box like an ammo box, just make sure they get enough air so the charger doesn't get over heated.

LiMn batts are more forgiving than Li-ion batts. They tend to smolder and heat in the failure mode instead of violently spewing and exploding, but they are still a fire hazard during charging if something goes wrong.
