Hello everyone, newbie here, couple of questions!

I received my "Joye eGo-C 1.1ml (Type A) tank Black Kit" today and while I think I have a general understanding of how to first start using my E-Cig I don't really want to chance it.

I've been browsing the forum looking at posts for a bit.

My battery has been charging for a couple of hours. I have everything ready.
I just don't understand how to prime my atomizer, or what dry burn actually means, and things like that.

Do I want to clean my atomizer out before I first use it?
Do I want to use alcohol? Hot water?
Do I dry it?

Etc.


Any help at all is greatly appreciated.



EDIT: Been watching some videos about dry burning, would I want to do this at all?

don't clean it first, it should come clean, when the time comes to clean it, use alcohol, but only alcohol you can drink, never use rubbing alcohol...you will need to dry the wick when you clean it

dry burn it before you use it, just open up the tank to see the coil wrapped around the wick and press the button for about three seconds until you see the coils glow, once you see that, let go.

once you've dry burned, fill the tank, prime the atomizer by dripping a couple of drops right onto the coil...then reassemble, twirl it around a couple of times, and vape it.

Should i blow the primer out of the atomizer before use?

most wick-type atomizers don't come with any primer, but if primer exists, the dry burn will eliminate it.

ok, heads up with wick tanks: they sometimes take a little while to "break-in" sometimes ten minutes, sometimes an hour....so if you aren't satisfied, swirl it around and try again
