The only extra things you'll need are an atomizer or cartomizers, cartridges too but only if you get atomizers, and juice of some sort. That will get you going. I'd buy spares too. I'd also recommend you buy at least 40ml of juice in different strengths and flavors. That will allow you to figure out what nicotine level you need, and what flavors you like or don't like. It will also keep you vaping for a while before you have to order again.

+1 EGo USB passthrough from Liberty Flights. I'm using the blue one charging through a wall plug. It's a dark sapphire blue, very elegant. Don't forget an adapter for the van. It's easy to slip the battery off the charger if you want to drop it in your pocket to take it with you. Very convenient.
