I thought I might at least make the first few posts so that I might join in some of the other discussions, if I decided to. My name is Daryle and I have been vaping since April 19. I have been lurking here about that long as well, but there wasn't really a need to speak up as most things I needed to know was just a search away. I was a die-hard smoker and knew of the risks and dangers. I DID NOT want to quit. I'd watched pvs for a couple of years (both two and three piece), but they just seemed like more hassle than I wanted to deal with. On a whim I picked up a metro disposable at the supermarket. It worked but tasted like cat pee (yes I actually know that flavor, long story). However while it was working, I wasn't smoking. That started the quest to find a better tasting one. I found the blu disposable, and actually enjoyed the taste. That led me online to find a kit since I obviously wasn't going to be smoking disposables indefinitely. Got sidetracked from the blu kit by V2 as they claimed proprietary, higher voltage batteries. I bought the V2 starter kit, and enjoyed it.
Somewhere in here I found ECF, and its wealth of information. Realized right away that I wasn't going to be buying the prefilled, expensive cartos. That led to discovering refilling. Then clearomizers. Next was a mod (lavatube) for home since the little batteries weren't going the distance. Found the vivi nova. Now finding out that continually buying juice was expensive, and I could save with a little work on my part. DIY and finding the perfect flavor-here I come. Finally found a mix that I like vaping, trusted places to buy nic and flavor from mostly from recommendations on ECF.
Recently however my lavatube was sputtering, the button was wearing out. What next. Well lets search ECF, decided on an evic. My new foray is RBAs. Got a drunker tank, and just to see I bought a BCC Mega. Drunker tank and evic arrived today and I have been vaping myself stupid. I apologize for being so long-winded, but I come by it honestly. Thanks again to everyone here, and all of the information that you all contribute. Every question or problem that I have had has been found on here, without posting until now.
