Hello everybody! I've been vaping the last three years, I had quit cigarettes for 55 days and went back yesterday. Going to start fresh tomorrow again only vaping. I love rock and metal music. I have the revenger mod with the goon rda, I also own an all in one vape and a istick pico 75w tc mod as well. I been struggling with the cigarettes for a while now. The longest I've had was the 55 day's. I've been smoking on and off for the last 17 years. Adam Sandler is one of my favorite actors, the two favorites are Happy Gilmore and The Cobbler. In my free time in season, I love to go fishing. I love to swim and go on vacations.

Anyway I am very happy to be here and looking forward to learning a lot more than I know now about vaping. I'm sure I am in the right place. This is my first forum and I'm pumped! Thanks

Welcome to ECF. I dual used a long time before finally quitting (and fell of the wagon a few times along the way. Welcome and hopefully the increased support will help you. Just dust yourself off, and start vaping again. Best of luck!

Hi! Welcome to ECF! I love to fish as well! I smoked and vaped for a year before I finally made the decision to quit cigs. I still would have one every once in a while, but when I did smoke I would make sure to be mindful. Look at the cigarette, remind myself how gross it tastes compared to my vape. I just made the decision that if I smoked I would make sure to watch myself smoke. Just thought I might share that thought with you. Maybe it will help. Either way don't ever beat yourself up for smoking! Be proud that you are trying, because that's all that matters!

Remember, you have all of us as a huge support system too! We will all be happy to help you along the way!

I haven’t tried RDAs yet but just ordered a RTA and all the stuff I’ll need to begin building.

55 days is great! And if you dual use sometimes don’t feel bad. A lot of people do that.

I'm sure that eventually you will be able to quit the cigarettes because you have a desire to quit. Keep vaping and soon you'll get your 55 days again and you won't look back from there. You Can do it so keep up the great work.

Sounds like you will do fine and really want quit altogether, just keep trying.
