Whats up everybody. I'm pretty new to vaping. A good friend of mine showed me his 510 about a month ago and I was pretty intrigued by I because I was trying to quit smoking. I basically bounced back and forth from Nicorette gum and smoking. I finally broke down and order a ultimate ultimatum kit from vapor4life (KR808D-1) about two weeks ago. I'm pretty happy with it and have been smoke free since (except for when I'm drinking ).

I have a few questions.

Anyone know where I can order cartomizers in bulk? Paying 8-9$ for a pack of 5 isn't really appealing to me, especially since I haven't gotten refilling them correctly down yet.

I've been thinking about purchasing a 510, I've already have 2 regualr, 2 XL and 1 mini KR808 batteries. Think it is worth the money? Or any other upgrade you would suggest?

Will leaving my batteries on the charger longer than they need to be drain them?

Who is a good reliable source for e-juice? I've been thinking about Johnson Creek. Vapor production is important for me so I ordered a lot of VG products from vapor4life but I've really noticed a big lack of flavor (all of my juices are VG )

Dose anyone feel that vaping will greatly increase your addiction to nicotine? I do feel healthier but I have the tendency to continuously vape when I'm not at work or out. I know you can lower your dose gradually but I don't know if that will just have me vaping more often for longer extended periods. Anyone had an issue with this?

I know I could probably scour through this forum and find all the answers I'm looking for so I won't be offended if you guys don't feel like replying to my questions. Just thought I introduce myself.

Hi and welcome. You will settle down on your vaping it's just new to you, I thought the same thing fo awhile but I'm starting to slow down now. They have videos on line to teach you how to fill your cartoes. I use them on my 510 and I just pop out the 2 rings in the mouthpiece tilt the mouthpiece about 45 degrees and if its a new carto put about 18 drops in it wait for it to soak in and then leave the two rings that were in it out, put a little hole in the condum that was on it, put it on the mouthpiece end and vape. about 10 drops for refill. Wash them out every 2 to 4 uses. You can find a video on youtube to show you how to fill without syringe. Good luck.

Hello and Welcome!

I can't answer your question about cartomizers, but I'm sure someone will reply with answers shortly. I started with a 510 almost a month ago and was able to completely quit smoking, even when I'm drinking! It's still amazes me.

If you want to try a 510, look into the 510 no-box starter kit from Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. $35.00 for the complete starter kit (real Joye 510 not a knock-off), really good customer service and super fast shipping. I've placed several orders with them and they've been really helpful if I've had any questions. As far as being "worth it", will ultimately be up to you, but I think $35.00 is definitely worth it. It's been a reliable, really good first choice for me and I'm glad I decided to try it as my first investment. I went back and ordered more of them within the first two weeks because I didn't want to be without back-ups.

I leave my batteries either in my PCC or in the chargers overnight... all day... it doesn't matter how long they are in there - it won't drain them.

E-juice is so subjective and everyone finds their favorites. It may take a little trial and error for you to find "your favorite". I really like the smoke-juice from E-Liquid by Halo. I was a die-hard menthol smoker and I found their menthols to suit me perfectly. I like having an e-juice that is "my brand" - what I vape all day... the way I was with my cigarettes. I only smoked one brand and nothing else satisfied me. Maybe that's a mental thing with me  but - it's working :)

You can go over to the E-Liquid Review section of the forums and look at people's opinions... it might give you an idea of what may appeal to you.

I started off by buying sample sizes from a few places. It was a pretty inexpensive way to check out a few flavors.
I'll vape a "flavor" now and then - just to change things up - and well, because there is so much out there to try!

As far as increasing my addiction to Nicotine - Addiction to Nicotine isn't dangerous - it's the thousands of other chemicals added to cigarettes and the by-product of inhaling burning tobacco that was the major danger. I find myself to be a heavy vaper - I use my PV like a pacifier most of the time.
I was a heavy smoker though and I'm just thrilled I was able to completely quit smoking! I'm experiencing the benefits already, so - to me - even if (and that's a debatable topic, I know) I'm increasing my nicotine intake (which I doubt I am) - it's a more than OK trade-off to me personally.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask any questions! There is so much information here it could take months to sort through it all :)
