Hello! Excited about my NEW JOYE eGo!!

Hello folks! This is my first time posting on ECF, but I sure do read a lot of posts on here!!

After several months of being dissatisfied with my BLU (4 bad batteries, horrible shipping, and carts that only give a few good hits) I decided to get a JOYE eGo from ALTSMOKE, with some additional items such as a drip-tip, extra atomizer, and of course - juice! I received my eGo today after ordering it from ALTSMOKE yesterday! I did use expedited shipping, and was very happy to see the one day turn-around! So far so good!!

If someone could help me out, I would like to put an analog vs. digital counter as my signature. Not quite sure how to do it though.

Thanks for all the great advice guys, and if you know any tips to make my JOYE eGo even better, feel free to let me know!

Edit: It may be helpful to persons considering buying this unit, that EVERY battery has a mini-usb port at the
top, so if you have a spare mini-usb cable, you're good to go for 'smoking the internet' or using a pass-thru.

I just got mine today, and I am VERY pleased with it so far! I highly recommend getting a drip-tip with it as well.

You can double click on a counter (such as mine) and a web page will open up for Wiki and then there will be a drop down gray box with "contents". #10 is stop smoking counters....there are several. Find the one you want and fill in the info
and then it will give you a url to copy. Copy that and put that in your sig box under settings for your account.
I think that was the way it went...??

I got mine today too, and LOVE it!!! I've been vaping on the same fully charged battery all afternoon and it's still going strong! I'm using my Joye 510 cartomizer on it and it works like a charm!

Question, does anyone know whether the eGo cartomizer's hold more juice than the Joye 510 carto's?

Congrats on the eGo choice! I got mine 3 days ago and love it! My search has ended and now I stock up on just a few cartos and attys. Trying to find a good short steel drip tip, maybe 1 more battery.

One thing that I am confused about is cartomizers vs. just the atomizer with the meshy part, can the prefilled cartomizers be opened to drip juice in or are they designed to be thrown away? And how long does a prefilled cartomizer last vs the mesh/atomizer? Right now i'm just dripping with a drip tip and find it very satisfying, how long to the atty's last for the joye eGo in general?

I just got my ego too ordered from anycigarette.com I'm liking it so far it will definatly replace smoking for me. I got a drip tip and extra cone with it too for free anycigarette is in china but it only took about 5 days to get it. I also ordered some juice and stuff from freedomsmokeusa can't wait to see what different flavors are like.

E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings has really cute little steel drip tips for super cheap....you should check them out. At the top of the home page on the left, click on 20% discount and the discount prices will show. Go down to drip tips and check them out. I have several and I love them.

Yes, cartomizers can be opened and refilled. They really aren't for dripping. The white cap will come off, then you just put about 12-15 drops onto the filler. Or....drop 12-15 drops into the little hole at the bottom (by the threads) and you're good to go. If you have new ones that aren't prefilled, then they will usually hold more than that....maybe up to 20-23 drops the first time you fill them. If the little white cap is glued on, then I'd just drip into the bottom. Usually you can get the white caps off by just sticking a paperclip or tweezer into the airhole and pulling it off. There are many, many youtube videos about refilling cartomizers.

Congrats on the eGo purchase, we think its one of the best all around e-cigs to get! There are soooo many upgrades for it too, low resistance cartomizers/atomizers, larger batteries, different tips. The biggest thing you need to know is that is is basically a 510 e-cig with a larger battery and a cone, so anything that generally works for 510's will work with the eGo. Truly customizable! I also have an eGo, with a drip tip. I ilke it, but I hated the cartridges that came with it. They only seemed to equal about 3 analogs. Weak! I found a mod for them, where you just take out the filler, fill the cart with juice, then take a little piece of the filler and put it in to hold the juice in. That was much better. Dripping is nice, but sometimes I'm not in the mood for it, and I mostly use my Vapor King (KR808D-1). I plan on getting some XL cartomizers though, the ones that have the same diameter as the battery and don't require the cone.. I hear they hold a ton of juice and work pretty good. There are also XL atty's available and XL drip tips, I'll be checking that out too. I love this stuff!

Hello, I also have been lurking for a while and am wanting to make a purchase this weekend but there are so much out there in sales right now. I have pretty much decided on either the ego or riva 901 but am leaning towards the ego because of the compatabilities and especially the pass thru. Like I said there are alot of sales now and I was wondering where you got your ego from? Thanks, Scott
