Hello everyone, just purchased my first E-Cig with the help of a nice lady who works at #1 Cig Store in Canyon Country, CA. I haven't smoked a "analog" as they call it, since my purchase! These have got to be the best invention since the cellphone! Anywho I purchased a kangertech Evod 2 tank and a Vision Spinner battery. (Actually just picked up another of the same battery at lunch today so I can always have one fully charged and ready! I am very happy with my purchase just wondering if there is anything in particular I need to watch out for or avoid doing with this setup or these parts. Thanks in advance!

I've tried a couple flavors and am currently stuck on "wet strawberry" and dna's "backyard boogie" I am also at 18mg, as I was a pretty heavy smoker(minimum 1 pack a day) but who really knows with everyone bumming cigarettes... Now they all beg for a puff of the vapor!

Glad i made the change, just wanted to say hello to all and share my story!

Welcome and Congrats on the new journey!

Watch out for... your wallet! j/k, maybe. You will probably feel a tremendous urge to upgrade your equipment all the time for the first while. My only other suggestion would to be careful if you start building any of your own coils... you just need to understand the current draw and the limits of your equipment, otherwise like any other battery, the one you are holding in your good hand up to your face, could fail.

Get a pack of replacement coils; they usually come in a 5-pack.

depending how much you vape, some people just keep buying replacement coils; I think most people rewick them to keep them going instead of tossing; and a lot of people myself included recoil them.

Welcome and congrats on getting off the cigs.

Welcome! :) you will find this forum & YouTube to be great resources. You can ask questions & search this forum for answers & when u slide down that slippery slope & are ready for more advanced building... You can learn most anything on YouTube. Just a tip, the most successful quitters I know, drop the cigs altogether when they start vaping. Good luck!

Welcome! What helped me was to have 2 tanks on me at all times. With 2 different juices. That way if you get bored with the juice, or have problems with the tank. You can just switch it and deal with it later. It is always nice to have a backup. Plus, I think it helped keep the coils from dieing from vapping overload.
