Hello Fellow Vapers

Hello everybody. I'm new to the vaping scene and decided to join your forum. Until about three weeks ago, I smoked over a pack of camel wides daily. My girlfriend and mother kept telling me to quit smoking, and I finally became tired of being dependant on smoking so I picked up an e-go and gave vaping a shot. I was hesitant at first and it took a little playing around with different liquids until I came across one or two that I could stand to vape on that werent too strong on my throat. Currently vaping on some Cuttwood Sugar Bear. There are so many dang flavors out there it's going to be a hoot trying all of them out lol. Anyway, I'm upgrading to an Aspire Atlantis Tank and a VV/VW IPV3 150 watt mod (with no intentions of vaping that high) so I can have a regulated device that I can vape on for a few days with much better airflow :). The e-go pens are just too restrictive. Although I just picked up a BVC clearomizer for an ego that has a little better flow and better wicking than the Top coil clearos. Like I said though, I'm new to the vaping world and any input is welcomed, I like trying different flavors....tell me a few of your favorites. Vape On!

Welcome to the family! I've discovered that the best bet is to visit a B&M store to dry the different flavors. Some locations have a great selection, while others don't offer samples at all. Flavors are very subjective, and the online descriptions are not always exactly accurate. Just experiment and enjoy! BTW, you didn't mention the nic level you use right now, but with your new setup you'll probably need to cut down to single digits, 9, 6, or even 3 or 0 depending upon the juice. 18g nicotine in your new tank will be a killer on a sub tank and powerful battery!

What brand VG and PG do you use to make your liquids with? I was browsing around and saw NOW brands (they sell health food products) and was contemplating making a purchase. Also, where do you buy your DIY flavors for, there are quite a few places listed. Thanks for the reply :)

I use Wizard Labs but you can buy directly from the manufacturer. Your looking for food grade vg/pg not sure if there is a particular brand better than the other. LIke mentioned there are quite a few diy suppliers here on the forums.

I've been vaping the past couple of weeks on 6ml but have been consuming about 4-6 ml of juice per day. So I figured the higher vapor production will lower my consumption....and if that doesn't work lol, i'll have to lower the nic level. Thank you everybody for the fast responses. You are all very welcoming. This is the first forum I've been on that has been this pleasant to deal with. I intend to keep on vaping and follow a few people on youtube and instagram. I think my favorites to watch are Riptrippers, VapingwithTwisted420, Rubyroo, Suck my mod, and Big Lou to name a few. Haha :)

Hi and welcome to ECF. Even I am new to this Vaping. Advt told me I can save a hell a lot of money by switching but I don't think I’m saving an enormous amount of money, but I know that I have managed to find more money in my pocket since I switched. The more important thing for me have been the improvements to my health and you can't put a price on that. I Started to use this eCigarette Starter Kit from AusVape which My friend recommend. Seems cheap compared to other Australian Providers.

to ecf Ogdawg2k8 . Nice to meet you and so glad you are here. Looks like you are off to a splendid start with vaping. Isn't it wonderful. There are so many quality vendors to try. One of the very best is easy to recommend. NICOTICKET. It is also nice to get juices on sale when you are trying to find what makes your taste buds dance. Here is a thread that has some great sales.

I have tried 3 different place for my pg/vg. Essential Depot has been my favorite and where I do my reorders. I buy in the gallon size because it is really more economical.
