Hey guys
ive been lurking around for a while and finally decided to join in and maybe I could be of some help. I started vaping using the joye 510 about 2years ago and have graduated to a ego vgo and a bb. I basically vape vg and some pg/vg juices, but mainly vg. I still have not totally converted to e cigs yet. Hopefully in this near future, i will be totally on a ecig road! :)

Hi Carmen, welcome to the forum !!
Thanks, Im glad to be here! :)

Welcome, Carmen. Just out of curiosity, what level of nicotine are you using? I know some people here find they need to increase the nic level initially and that they can lower it later on. I'm down to 18, although I can "manage" on 12, but miss the extra kick from 18.

Thanks puffer :) , Im currently on 24 mg. Im vaping puresmoker and vaperite

It's hard to break the habit, but once you manage it, you will wish you had done it sooner.
Once I had my mind to it, and my pv with plenty of juice, I did not buy another pack. It was a hard 2 weeks of withdrawal, but I stuck to it. If I can do it, anyone can.
Welcome, now that you have officially joined, and good luck to you!

... but it seems the nic may not be enough for me, may have to up it.

I've seen quite a few folks that enjoy vaping but still feel they're missing "something" If you lean more toward the PG, it might help, but you could always try increasing the nic temporarily and see if that helps. Even tho I quit completely for 3 years before I started vaping, I do like that "hit" I get from nicotine. I've been vaping for almost 9 months and have kinda "settled in" at 18mg (in a PG base), but at first you may need more to get over the hump. Even if you go to 36mg, you're still WAY better off than with analogs, and you'll still get the health benefits of weaning off all those "other" chemicals.

I have to say, too, that although I'm far enough along that I *should* be addicted to the nicotine again, I don't find myself "jonesing" for vapor the way I did for analogs. If I'm away from it, I think about it occasionally, but there's no urgent need to get back to vaping, and no panic at the thought I might not be able to.
