So I think to say that I am 'new to vaping' would be a lie... I actually haven't started yet. Waiting on my kit to arrive via carrier pigeon from singapore apparently. There are many evenings that I would like to have a cigar but just can't, for whatever reason, and I thought an e-cig would be a nice stand in. I also dabble in pipe so am looking for juices that resemble pipe tobaccos.

I have read all about nicotine content and how it relates to cigarettes (18mg for 1ppd, 24 for 2ppd,etc...) but what about my 1 cigar each week or two habit? Should I just got with 0mg flavor only (since the cigars are more for the experience than for nicotine) or go with a 6mg or 9mg juice with a least a little nic in it? Any thoughts one way or the other? I ordered a few samples with 0mg and 9mg already...

Also, anyone have any suggestions for good pipe-like juices, I'm all ears.

Thanks, and happy to be here.

I'd try a few 0 mic juices and keep one 6mg around for when you're craving a cigar.

As far as good pipe-like tobacco, I'm not a big tobacco guy, but Nicoticket's H1N1 is awesome. I taste a hint of chocolate to it, but it has a very complex flavor profile and different people seem to taste different things.

Well I will say that the samplings of different nic levels is a good way to get a feel for it, just mess around with it and see what you're comfortable with there's really no harm in trying it with or w/out nic. Just basically depends on what you think when it finally arrives.

And as for pipe tobacco flavors there are a lot of good ones out there to try.

Look up Mom and Pop's Vape shop they have a lot of tobacco's. One that I have tried is the Coumarin Pipe. :) I can highly recommend that one.

I might like keeping a separate tank with high strength nicotine rich tobacco flavor and only use it occasionally.
I used to keep some 24mg 'cuban cigar' next to my computer at home when I started vaping last year; would only take an occasional puff sometimes only once a day. Meanwhile my main tank was much less and often 0mg.

Congrats on your decision to vape and I sure hope it gets here soon. It is a wait but really worth the savings to me. I think if you are not wanting to vape it would be best to do the 0 nic just for the effect. I am afraid if you started with juices with nic that that would make you vape more. It is still a nic addiction. Or at least it is for me. I wish you well and look forward to hearing about you think about vaping. I bet it will smell better than a cigar.
