I would like to say hello and thank everyone for all of their posts and information. I switched to vaping about three weeks ago and have not had an analog in 2 weeks. As a 25 year, 1 1/4 pad smoker, I never thought that it would be this easy.
I started out with the Npro from Wal-Mart but upgraded to the Ego-C about 3 days ago. Talk about a night and day difference! I honestly see myself buying a few different models in the next few months. My wife reminded me that I told her that this was going to be cheaper than smoking which got me to thinking. Initially, this will prob cost me about $500- $1000 to get started (just the kind of guy I am
), but if someone told me that they could get me off analogs I would have easily paid them $10,000 or more. The way I look at it, its a huge bargain!
On a side note, I would like to speak to the people that live around the Birmingham, AL area. I see here on the forums that Vulcan Vape will be opening their brick and mortar store on June 4th. I am in no way affiliated with them, but I would like to encourage you to shop there for some of your vaping needs. The reasons are three-fold. First, it would be nice to have a physical location where we can look at things hands on. Second, I think the more brick and mortars that there are around the country, the more knowledge will disseminate to the non-vaping public. Thirdly, as a self-avowed big box hater, I always will opt to spend a little more at small stores than online or a big box stores. The extra money that I spend to help cover their overhead I just view as an investment in the community as a whole.
