Hola a todos!
Hi everyone, i'm glad to be part of this forum :p
I'm a new vaper from Viña del Mar, Chile.
4 days vaping and no analogs left at my house...i'm convinced this is the right way.

Anxious to keep learning.

Hey Salu,

Can you tell us, is it difficult to buy nicotine juice in Chile? Do you buy it locally or order it from overseas? If so, is it difficult to import and clear customs?

About buying in CHile...is difficult because there is no market yet. The only thing you can find is ego batteries , which i don't even know are legit, and dekang liquids, or hangsen...nothing else. The prices are high because they need to import everything, and the stock is limited.
Right now i'm buying from Halo and the shipping is $50 USD to get it fast (7 days) the Priority option is like $25 USD , but i need to wait for almost a month ....so is very expensive and stressing : (
About customs, no problems yet but i haven't made a big purchase.
There is no law about E-cigs in my Country...but we have the same "no smoking" law that Spain so everything that says nicotine can be suspicious.

I love to vape, but i need to think in advance every time i want to buy something , and there's the thing that not all sites in USA ship to my country. I can't just buy 7ml bottles to try because the shipping is almost the double : (

I want to buy a Provari but i don't know if i can maintain the costs associated to vaping (clearos, juice, batteries, etc)

It would be so nice to have a local to just go and buy...

> The prices are high because they need to import everything
Do you happen to know if that is because of import taxes charged by the government, or are the sellers just charging a high price?

> There is no law about E-cigs in my Country
Are you sure about that? I've read that there *is* a law prohibiting electronic cigarettes or juice with nicotine in them.

For the places that do sell eGo equipment and juice, do they sell it openly, or is it a bit "secretive"?

I'm asking because my boss wants his aunt and mother to switch to ecigs, but they don't know how to order over the internet, so they would rather buy locally.

That's just because they want to charge more. The majority of people that sell this stuff are just common people and not real business. We have a site here that is called Mercadolibre.cl which is like ebay. That's the only way to buy something and the variety is poor.

> There is no law about E-cigs in my Country
There is no law about e-cigs and that's because there's no studies on them. The government says that they must not exists in our Country because there are no part of our laws. Don't know if that is going to change in the next months or years. For the moment is a device that is not regulated. No one knows what to do with them. That's why everyone can sell e-cigs or juice freely...there is no real knowledge about them.

There is no secret on selling ego products...is just that there are no products to sell. Just go and see this link, this is the kind of things that they sell.I know that there´s a couple of physical places that sell too, but they offer the same.

Thanks for the link. Yes, not much variety (especially juice), but assuming those prices are USD and depending on if the seller has to pay duty when importing and how much the shipping cost is, the prices aren't really all that bad.

How much does a pack of cigarettes cost by comparison? Here in Canada, a pack of 20 cigarettes costs I think around $11, so vaping is way cheaper.
